New customer – 24 Month Deal

When you sign up for the 24-month Home Ultimate package (935 Mbps), your pricing is simple and flexible.

Year 1 (months 1–12)

You pay a discounted rate of £29 per month for the Ultimate (935 Mbps) package.

Year 2 (months 13–24)

At the end of the first year you can choose to stay on the Ultimate package or downgrade to a lower-cost option.

• Stay on Ultimate: the price becomes £49 per month.
• If you downgrade to Home Basic (200 Mbps), the price becomes £33 per month. This is the lowest monthly cost available in year two.

Summary

Months 1–12: £29/month (Ultimate 935 Mbps)
Months 13–24: either £49/month (stay on Ultimate) or £33/month (downgrade to Home Basic 200 Mbps)

This gives you high speeds in the first year plus the flexibility to reduce your monthly cost in the second year.
