Current network outages
Please note we are currently experience a network outage in Great and Little Wilbraham due to a cable cut caused by another operator. There are no further problems for other villages.
14:46 – second section spliced and tested, first customer live in Great Wilbraham
14:22 – first section (from Cambridge to Little Wilbraham) end-to-end tested, all results within specifications, first customers live in Little Wilbraham
12:30 – repair works progressing, antipated repair time mid-afternoon
10:13 – Emergency permits raised for the repair works
9:48 – Restoration plan agreed and splice teams dispatches
9:26 – Fault located and teams redirected
8:16 – No civil works found along the route the other than construction work in Bottisham which did not cause the damage
7:10 – Field teams mobilised to asses problem
1:4o – Monitoring tools show network down
