• Freedom to downgrade your package at any time in the second year or after.
• The minimum monthly spend in year two is £33 assuming a downgrade to the 200Mb package.

How it works in practice

When you place your order, you choose your preferred package for the first 12 months at a discounted rate.

At the end of month 12, unless you choose to upgrade or downgrade, pricing reverts to the standard rate for your package.

Example 1 – Downgrade in months 13-24:

The customer chooses Home Premium (600Mbps) in year one, and pays the discounted rate of £29 per month for the service.

At the end of the first year, the customer chooses to downgrade her service to Home Standard (400Mbps) at the standard rate of £39 per month.

Example 2 – Home Ultimate for full 24 months:

The customer chooses Home Ultimate (935Mbps) in year one, and pays the discounted rate of £49 per month for the service.

At the end of the first year, the customer chooses to keep the Home Ultimate service and transitions to the standard rate of £59 per month.
